“I was walking up these steps, but I fell flat on my face. And when I looked up I realized I was on the property of St. Peter in Chains Cathedral. And when I realized I was on the grounds of the Catholic Church and I had fallen, I broke down in front of all my friends. That was actually the turning point where I said, I’ve had enough, I can’t let this control me anymore. I have to live for him.”

David Patterson of Yes Catholic shares his powerful testimony of his own “Yes” to God, and the struggle to overcome sin and live that yes. It’s an affirming reminder of God’s love and dedication to us, and that although our response isn’t always perfect or smooth, God writes straight out of crooked lines.
